Meet Our Staff

Ron began his insurance career as an ERIE claims adjuster in 1974. In 1981, he became an independent agent and opened The Ron Dunn Agency. Ron continues to play an active role in the agency writing and servicing both personal and commercial insurance.

Bill began his career in 1990 as an intern in the Commercial Underwriting Department at Erie Insurance Group. By 1991, he became a licensed agent with the Ron Dunn Agency. He holds both Property &; Casualty and Life &; Health licenses and has earned multiple industry educational designations.

For over 20 years, Bill has served as the Managing Partner of the agency, where he oversees all aspects of its operations. In addition to his leadership role, he specializes in commercial insurance.

Bill is also deeply involved in the local business community. He currently serves as President of the Southern Butler County Business Association and sits on several civic and for-profit boards.

Ronnie began full time at the Ron Dunn Agency in 2006 after graduating from Duquesne University. In 2010, he expanded his portfolio to include Life & Health. Ronnie now oversees and manages the sales of the personal lines team.

Courtney joined the Ron Dunn Agency in May 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. She brought over twelve years of Customer Service and Operations/Compliance Management experience from her prior work in the Pre-Employment Background Screening Industry. Courtney was licensed to write Property and Casualty Insurance in July 2010. Then, in December 2013, she was also licensed to write Life, Accident and Health Insurance coverage. She specializes in writing and servicing Personal Insurance and streamlining Agency Operations to ensure efficiency.

Kelly began her career in insurance in November 2012, becoming a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in May 2013. She joined the Ron Dunn Agency in September of that year as a Customer Care Specialist and licensed Agent, specializing in Personal Lines Insurance. In February 2022, she accepted a position as the Commercial Department Manager. Kelly will be responsible for procuring the most comprehensive and cost-effective coverage for the needs of our Commercial clients.

Molly began her career with the Dunn Agency in 1993 after graduating from Washington & Jefferson College. Shortly thereafter Molly became a licensed Property & Casualty Agent and a Life and Health Agent. She earned her Property & Casualty Broker License along with an LUTCF designation.

Tina began her career as a Customer Service Representative with the Zelasco Insurance Agency in 2007. She then became licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance in 2009. She brings over 7 years of office experience to her role from her prior work as a legal secretary. Tina writes and services personal lines insurance for the Agency.

Julie joined the Ron Dunn Agency in September 2016 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Julie has been in the insurance business since January of 1989. Starting as a secretary and rapidly advancing to a Commercial Property and Casualty Account Manager. Julie earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) certification over 15 years ago and still keeps this certification up to date. Julie specializes in commercial lines for the agency.

After a career as Vice President of Sales in the food industry, Brad joined MCM insurance in 2007 as an Insurance Agent. He currently is the New Castle Office Manager and when he isn’t in the office, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Chris joined the agency in November 2015, starting his career out as an account manager for health insurance and employee benefits clients. In 2019, Chris joined the commercial insurance team at the Agency. Today, he serves as a commercial account manager, focusing on helping clients with their commercial insurance needs while also bringing in new business to help grow the agency’s commercial book.

He holds licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident & Health.

Will began his career with the agency as a summer intern in 2019, supporting the marketing team while earning his Property &; Casualty and Life, Accident &; Health licenses. After graduating from Duquesne University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, he joined the agency full-time as a Commercial Account Manager.

In his role, Will provides strategic insurance guidance to clients while also helping grow the agency’s commercial portfolio. He’s actively involved in the local business community and serves on the boards of the Southern Butler County Business Association (SBCBA), Rotary Club, and Butler Young Professionals.

Drew joined the agency as a Personal Lines Assistant in the Winter of 2022, focusing on supporting agency operations and assisting clients with their personal line coverage needs. After graduating from Duquesne University majoring in Business Administration and professional selling, Drew joined the agency full-time and obtained his Property and Casualty license. He also is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance and serves as a personal/life lines agent.

Shari joined the Ron Dunn Agency in November of 2023. Prior to this, she held roles as a finance manager in various car dealerships, including Kenny Ross, Cochran, and Ron Lewis Automotive. In April 2021 Shari joined Stephanie Sye as an office manager and obtained her PA Property and Casualty License in October of 2022. Now Shari works as a Personal Lines CSR/Agent helping our personal lines customers with their insurance needs. Shari is also a licensed and appointed Notary in the State of Pennsylvania.

Stephanie joined the Ron Dunn Agency in November of 2023. Before this she had 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, obtaining her Property and Casualty license as well as her Life, Accident, and Health License. Stephanie specializes in life insurance and Medicare insurance, dedicating over 400 hours to specialized training, specifically Medicare Supplements and Advantage plans. Stephanie now serves as a Personal, Commercial, & Life lines agent and takes pride in guiding individuals through their life transitions and helping them determine their specific insurance needs.

Mia joined the Agency in March 2024 bringing with her over five years of customer service experience. She most recently worked for AAA doing title work, processing, and customer service. She is also a certified Notary for the State of Pennsylvania.Mia is currently enrolled in school to major in accounting/business and obtained her PA Property and Casualty License in November, 2024. Mia provides assistance with personal insurance needs of our customers.

Katie joined the Ron Dunn Agency in February 2025, bringing with her over five years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to this role, she worked at AAA, where she excelled as a sales agent and previously as a travel agent. Katie obtained her Pennsylvania Personal Lines license in August 2020, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and expertise in the field.In her current position as a Personal Lines CSR/Agent, Katie is dedicated to assisting our personal lines customers with their insurance needs.

Jim Corwin joined the Dunn Dimond Agency in July of 2025. He has 8 years of Property and Casualty experience, beginning his insurance career in November of 2017. Jim specializes in both customer service and new business acquisition. When Jim is not working, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and anything that has to do with the outdoors. Most of his weekends are spent at the Yough Lake with family and friends.

Bill Mahan is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. In 2021, he expanded his expertise by obtaining his insurance license, covering life, accident, property, and casualty insurance. Balancing his roles, Bill is committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships in both.

Joanna joined Dunn Dimond Insurance Associates in July 2025 with over a decade of experience in customer service and client relations. She began her insurance career in 2023 as a claims examiner, gaining valuable insight into the claims process and the importance of effective communication and client advocacy. In November 2025, Joanna obtained her PA Property and Casualty License, expanding her expertise and commitment to helping clients protect their most important assets. Outside of her professional career, Joanna is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle.
