The Andrea Dimond Memorial Golf Outing
For more than a decade, our team has been deeply committed to supporting breast cancer research and compassionate care in our community. One of the most meaningful ways we do this is through our annual charity event, the Andrea Dimond Memorial Golf Outing (formerly known as Dimond’s for Hope).

A Tradition of Giving Bank Since 2014
Starting in August of 2014, this golf outing was created to channel hope, support, and resources to individuals and families affected by breast cancer. From the very beginning, 100% of proceeds have been donated to A Glimmer of Hope Foundation – a Pittsburgh-based organization whose mission is to improve care locally through comprehensive care programs, advanced research, and continued progress toward a cure.
Honoring Andrea’s Legacy
In 2025, the outing was renamed to honor Andrea Dimond – the late wife of Bill Dimond and mother of Will and Drew Dimond, all of whom are part of our agency team. Andrea passed away from breast cancer in 2020, and renaming the event serves as a heartfelt tribute to her strength, compassion, and the lasting impact she made on her family, friends, and community.
A Decade of Impact
Over the past 12 years, the Andrea Dimond Memorial Golf Outing has grown into a powerful force for good. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, participants, and our community, the event has raised over $700,000 for A Glimmer of Hope Foundation. These funds directly support cutting-edge research, patient-centered programs, and innovative treatments, helping advance the pursuit of a cure within our lifetime.
Kevin Dunn Memorial Golf Outing
For more than two decades, our agency has been honored to support a tradition rooted in family, remembrance, and meaningful community impact: the Kevin Dunn Memorial Golf Outing.

A Legacy Built in 2002
The outing was founded in July 2002 after the sudden passing of Kevin Dunn, Ron Dunn’s nephew. Kevin left behind his wife and young son, Matthew. The original purpose of the event was simple and heartfelt: to raise funds for Matthew’s future college education.
Supporting Matthew and Autism Awareness
A few years later, Matthew was diagnosed with autism. As Matthew’s needs changed, the mission of the outing evolved as well. Today, all proceeds support:
- The Kevin Matthew Dunn Trust Fund, helping provide long-term care, support, and stability for Matthew.
- The Autism Connection of Pennsylvania, a non-profit offering resources, advocacy, and programs for individuals and families affected by autism.
Over Two Decades of Community Impact
Now in its 23rd year, the Kevin Dunn Memorial Golf Outing remains a cherished tradition, bringing together friends, family, sponsors, and supporters to honor Kevin’s memory and strengthen the community. Over the years, the event has raised more than $200,000, making a meaningful difference for Matthew and for countless families across Pennsylvania affected by autism.

Southern Butler County Business Association
Founded in September 2023 as a subsidiary of the Butler County Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Butler County Business Association (SBCBA) was created to support and advocate for businesses in communities such as Cranberry Township, Seven Fields, Mars, Adams Township, Valencia, Pine Township, and surrounding areas.
Our team plays an active leadership role in the organization:
- Bill Dimond serves as the SBCBA’s first President
- Will Dimond serves on the Board of Directors
- Drew Dimond serves on the Board of Directors

The SBCBA is quickly gaining momentum, hosting fun and engaging events throughout the year while building strong connections among local professionals. In addition to business advocacy, the association also supports local non‑profits, helping strengthen the community as a whole.
Ingram Trick or Treating
Each October, our agency proudly participates in the Ingram Trick-or-Treating, an annual tradition that brings families together for a safe, fun, and festive Halloween experience. Our team sets up along the route to hand out candy, meet with local families, and help create a memorable afternoon for the children of the Ingram Borough.
This event give us a chance to support in a hands-on way and connect with families we serve. We look forward to it every year and are honored to be part of such a positive community tradition.
