Courtney joined the Ron Dunn Agency in May 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing more than 12 years of customer service and operations/compliance management experience from the pre-employment background screening industry.
She earned her Property and Casualty Insurance license in July 2010 and later obtained her Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license in December 2013. Courtney specializes in streamlining agency operations and leads the Personal Lines Care Team. In addition, she oversees accounting, marketing, information technology, and human resources functions for the agency.
